Every Day Is a New Experiment: From the Laboratory to Building FEAWS

A year ago, if someone had told me I'd be creating Instagram reels, learning hashtags, and posting content every day, I would have smiled and said, "Not me."

Because my world was a laboratory.

I was happiest in a lab coat, quietly running experiments, surrounded by microscopes, glassware, and research. I never even had social media accounts. Honestly, I didn't understand its power.

Today, life looks very different.

I'm building FEAWS—one product, one story, and one post at a time.

Every day brings something new. Some days I feel excited when a customer loves our products or a post reaches thousands. Some days I'm exhausted from creating content, learning marketing, managing orders, and wearing every hat in the business.

And yes... there are days I question myself.

Am I doing the right thing? Should I go back to science?

Building a business is nothing like working in a laboratory. Here, there are no guaranteed results.

I've lost money. I've made mistakes. I've failed more times than I can count.

But every setback has taught me something valuable. Every challenge has made me stronger.

Science taught me that failed experiments are not failures—they're lessons. Entrepreneurship is no different.

The biggest surprise has been discovering how social media can connect people. Every message, every customer, every word of encouragement reminds me why I started.

Today, I'm incredibly grateful as FEAWS takes its first major step with a collaboration with LOOQAL Singapore. It may look like just another partnership, but for me, it represents months of learning, persistence, and believing in a dream.

I'm still a scientist at heart.

The only difference is that my experiments are no longer inside a laboratory—they're happening every single day as I build FEAWS.

And no matter how difficult the journey gets...

I'm not stopping.
