Traditional Copper Water Practice

In traditional Ayurvedic practices, water is often stored in a copper vessel for a period of time before drinking. If following this tradition, fill the Surahi with room-temperature drinking water and allow it to stand overnight. Drink the water at room temperature.

For best use, avoid storing the Surahi in the refrigerator and use it primarily for plain water.
